Chuck Berkeley has spent the last ten of his 20-year sales and management career in the medical device and healthcare technology sector. Prior to his current role as co-founder and CEO for Cypress Holdings Group, Inc, the parent company of PathogenX, Chuck founded his own medical device distributorship, Grey Medical, LLC in 2015.
As a national medical device distribution company with an emphasis on the interventional spine pain industry, Grey Medical, LLC forged strong relationships with C-Suite executives and supply chain management within the most prestigious healthcare systems in the United States. Prior to this role, Chuck served as Northern CA Territory Manager for Stryker Interventional Spine. He completed his B.A. at UC Berkeley in 2003.
Chief Operating Officer
Courtney Scott has been the driving force in sales operations at a variety of high profile and start-up healthcare companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, EKOS Corporation, and Infraredx Inc., in key markets across the U.S.
As a former co-founder and chief operating officer for Digital Healthcare Solutions, Inc., she leveraged her wealth of experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals to drive the success of the company’s blockchain-based healthcare information management platform. Courtney graduated from West Virginia State University in 2000 with a B.S. in Communications.
Director of Finance & Administration
Tonia brings more than 25 years of diverse accounting, auditing, human resources and software engineering experience to her role as Director of Finance & Administration for PathogenX.
She has gained extensive experience through her various management roles for a variety of companies, specializing in the Healthcare and Payroll industries, located on the East Coast and in California.
Tonia is dedicated to helping PathogenX achieve business success. She has expertise in implementing computerized accounting & payroll systems, developing internal controls and company human resource policies.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from Western New England College, Springfield, Massachusetts while maintaining Dean’s List all semesters.
Tonia lives in Central Coast California with “the husband”, “the kids”, “the dog”, “the cat” and “the chickens”. When not working, Tonia enjoys entertaining, cooking & baking and photography.
Director of Regulatory & Clinical Affairs
A biomedical engineer by trade, Neil has experience working in medical device, cell culture and pharmaceuticals. His past experience includes working with several startups and small businesses, developing products from the ground up.
For PathogenX, Neil is tasked with building an environment of responsibility and accountability to ensure that both business goals and customer expectations are met. Neil’s industry affiliations include Terumo Medical Corporation, Biotek Remedys, University of Delaware and the Biomedical Engineering Society. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Delaware, and his Master of Science degree in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Director of Investor Relations
Paul has a diverse background, having worked in both higher education as well as the corporate sector. Through strategic networking with university alumni and business executives, he has established beneficial partnerships with global corporations, universities and small businesses.
Paul’s main responsibility as Director of Investor Relations for PathogenX include increasing the company’s visibility with the investment community while serving as a credible and timely source of information. Prior to working for PathogenX, Paul managed graduate programs and provided career advice to graduate students at various colleges and universities. He also managed Executive MBA programs on-campus and onsite at Astra Zeneca. Paul’s higher education affiliations include the University of New Hampshire, University of Delaware, University of Pittsburgh and Emory & Henry College. He earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Family & Consumer Studies and his Master of Science degree in Education from the University of New Hampshire.
General Counsel
Michael Avramidis is a lawyer at Pacific Grove Law Group, which specializes in business formation and litigation, real estate transaction, probate, estate planning, civil litigation and family law matters.
He attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he double majored in Political Science and U.S. Labor History. He went on to attend Santa Clara University School of Law and studied at Oxford University and Hong Kong University. Michael received his International Business Law Certificate with Honors and is certified for advance case law research, advanced secondary source research, and advanced statutory research. Since graduating, Michael has formed over 100 small businesses ranging from sole proprietorships to closely held corporations. He has also served as Of Counsel for various law practices in the Bay Area and as General Counsel for numerous real estate firms in the Los Angeles and Bay Areas. Michael is licensed to represent parents and children in dependency matters and continues to provide pro bono services to low income families who are going through dependency proceedings.

Chai Gadde has more than two decades of senior management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with particular expertise in supply chain management and contract negotiations with manufacturers and managed care organizations.
Chai has also been at the forefront of several startup ventures in other industries, including land development, hospitality and technology, advising these companies on strategy and operations. He is currently the CEO of Biotek ReMEDys, which he founded in 2011 to provide specialty pharmacy, home infusion and specialty infusion solutions and services. His industry affiliations include the American Managed Care Pharmacy, the American Pharmaceutical Association, the Delaware Pharmacist Society, the National Home Infusion Association and several cancer care organizations. Originally from Hyderabad, India, Chai earned his undergraduate degree in pharmacy from Bangalore University, completed his graduate work at Long Island University, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Throughout his career, KVS Chalapathi Rao has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by companies as they roll out increasingly sophisticated IT Infrastructure solutions. He is currently the managing director & CEO of Bay Datacom Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company that offers enterprise solutions, support and service.
Prior to joining Bay Datacom, Chalapathi was managing director & CEO of Goldstone Technologies Ltd., and was recognized for turning the company around. He also led an e-governance project for GoAP for the Department of Cooperative, a micro-banking solution. He also had stints with such companies as: Arnav Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd.; MOB Infracon; Shipla Agritech Pvt. Ltd.; Sthapit Infracon Pvt. Ltd.; and Ale Breweries Pvt. Ltd. Chalapathi earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India and his postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Export Management in Bangalore, India.
